1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ReelTalkAI ("the service") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

ReelTalkAI generates short-form story videos using third-party AI models (OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs). Output is generated by AI and may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the service to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes others' rights.
  • Sexualizes minors or depicts non-consensual sexual content.
  • Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activity.
  • Impersonates real people in misleading ways.
  • Attempts to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content ownership

You own the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the service. Note that AI outputs may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.

6. Plans, credits, and billing

The Free tier includes 50 monthly credits (roughly 5 short videos). Pro ($14.99/month), Pro+ ($45.99/month), and Master ($67.99/month) include larger monthly credit allowances as listed on the pricing page. One-time top-up packs are available on every plan.

To prevent abuse and protect AI infrastructure, we enforce hourly video limits: Free is capped at 2 videos per hour, Pro at 5 per hour, and Pro+ and Master at 10 per hour. A daily cap of 30 videos per account applies on all plans. Prices and limits may change; we will notify active subscribers of material changes. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
