• Content you create: story prompts, generated stories, voice/background selections, and exported videos saved to your account.
• Usage data: timestamps and counts of AI generations for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

3. Third-party AI processing

To generate stories, narration, and thumbnails, we send your prompts and related text to third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, Google (via Lovable AI Gateway), and ElevenLabs. These providers process your input under their own privacy policies. Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information in your prompts.

4. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the service (generate, store, and play back your videos).
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security. Stories and videos are scoped to your account via row-level security policies. No system is perfectly secure; use a strong, unique password.

6. Your rights

You can delete individual stories at any time from your history. To delete your entire account and associated data, contact us using the email below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA (access, correction, erasure, portability).

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13.
